Possible context elaborations

  • Describe and explain the basic assumptions that underpin a specific topic. For example, animal welfare legislation, school rules, or conventions about downloading.
  • The basic assumptions that underpin secondary education in New Zealand. Is gaining an education the same as gaining formal qualifications?
